We had been recommended a campsite on the Warren River. We went there but it was full. We were told that there was another site about 30ks away, but chose to ignore their directions. Choosing instead to follow a track marked on my 4wd map. The track was good to start with but soon became unclear and we took a few wrong turns. Running out of fuel and light we eventually came to this river crossing. Really did not want to get stuck...and thankfully did not.

Met up with Albany friends and 4wd nuts Allan and Sarah...went to an awesome spot along Cheynes Beach...had a great night with some bad wine, good company and a fire.

Up in some more isolated dunes out of town. We went out mid afternoon and waited for the sun to drop to capture some awesome dune shots...Even I managed something that looked good!...Oh and I was kinda obsessed with the dead emu!
